Supervised and operated 3 large wastewater operations totaling 100 MGD discharge volume. Plant technology was pressure and gravity filtration, pH control, sedimentation and clarification units, DAF, centrifuge and filter press dewatering, oil separation facilities. Plants utilized SCADA technology. Obtained Class D WWTP
Implemented training, upstream monitoring, treatment plant practices and process changes that were major contributing factors in reduction of NPDES violations previous to1994 for LTV. These practices reduced pollutants and translated into $200,000 combined annual cost savings for production and for wastewater operations.

Developed a P&M program for all major equipment.
Designed and implemented a chlorination system for zebra mussel control in a 150 MGD service water system with three intakes and six outfalls. This system has been 100% successful while reducing chemical usage by 33% since the initial startup (1992- 2001).
